Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour daytime shifts, and a travel employment arrangement with a top healthcare client.

Candidates must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or a PT degree with NPTE), at least one year of experience, current licensure or active licensure in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in the licensure process
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
