Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Enid, Oklahoma. The role involves 40 hours/week with an eight-hour day shift.

Requirements include a Doctorate or a PT degree with NPTE, accredited school graduation, 1+ year experience, active/state licensure or in process, and CPR certification. Travel housing, stipends, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure as a PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment plans under physician direction.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients/families.
• Develop care plans for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care for therapy goals.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to evaluate team goals.
