Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab or acute care Physical Therapy experience.
• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• PT license active and in good standing (license required if applicable).
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Crisis Prevention Training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire.
• Primary Source Online Verification required.
• Two manager/supervisor references preferred, from within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Document patient treatment accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond effectively to changing work assignments and priorities.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
