Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elk Grove, CA. The position requires 40 hours per week and a standard 8-hour shift, with travel benefits and comprehensive support from the Fusion clinical team.

As part of a travel assignment, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized, evidence-based plans, and coordinate care across a hospital, clinic, and rehab settings. Start date 09/21/2026 with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• English language reading, writing and communication required.
• Interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history and examinations to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize treatment outcomes.
