Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Savoy, IL. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in varied clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Illinois
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
• New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate specialized PT equipment safely and effectively
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety standards
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based settings
