Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Manchester, New Hampshire. The role runs for 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour day shifts as a travel position.

The PT will assess patients, develop care plans, provide skilled therapy, document progress, and educate patients and families. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team ensures timely, quality rehab care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE passage.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Currently licensed or in process for licensure as a PT in the state.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct PT care per physician orders.
• Develop and administer a plan of care and set realistic goals.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve patient goals.
