Cross Country Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist in Everett, WA for a 13-week assignment providing outpatient rehabilitation to geriatric patients in home health within a community setting. The role requires a 40-hour work week, daytime shifts, and territory coverage up to 60 miles from the hub.

The assignment begins on October 5, 2026 and ends on January 4, 2027. Travel experience with OASIS and proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) are required.

Qualifications

• Valid license in hand with active driver's license and personal transportation.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience including home health with OASIS.
• Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• No first-time travelers accepted.
• OASIS experience required for Start of Care staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation to geriatric patients in home health and community settings.
• Maintain 40 hours per week with days shift.
• Complete timely documentation per clinical standards including OASIS.
• Be flexible with territory coverage (up to a 60-mile radius from hub).
