Responsabilités

Connaissances

Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license

Current BLS certification (AHA)

1+ year of recent home health experience

Experience with PT evaluations and therapy plans

Familiarity with Medicare guidelines

Experience with EMRs like Homecare Homebase

Clear background check and driving record

Reliable transportation
