Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Browns Valley, Minnesota. You’ll provide patient-centered care in a facility setting, evaluate and treat mobility issues, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This travel role offers competitive pay, day-one benefits, and support from a dedicated recruiter. Start date is 10/26/2026, with 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift.

Qualificações

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using exams and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain safe environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
