Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Franklin, IN. The PT will evaluate patients in an acute care setting, develop and implement a plan of care, and coordinate with PTAs and medical staff. A 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with dayshift support the team in delivering patient-centered care.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience, with new grads encouraged to apply. BLS and state licensing are required to practice in Indiana.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience required; new grads welcome.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for patients in the acute care setting.
• Coordinate with PTAs and support staff to ensure timely care.
• Document according to state and insurance guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to execute a team-based plan of care.
