Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Franklin, Indiana. Start ASAP with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour daytime shifts.

You will provide evidenced-based therapy, assess progress, and coordinate care with a clinical team. Providers enjoy comprehensive benefits and dedicated support from a clinical team while delivering high-quality patient care in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply; PT experience preferred.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
