Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to Skilled Nursing Facility patients.
• Travel to assignment locations as needed and coordinate care with facility staff.
