This travel position supports patient recovery and mobility in a facilities-based setting across multiple locations. Minimum requirements include a PT degree from an accredited school (APTA-approved), active state licensure to start, and BLS certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT degree from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities
