Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Unity, New Hampshire is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment of 13 weeks, 40 hours per week. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and executing a plan of care in an acute care setting, and coordinating with the care team.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience (6 months considered for exceptional candidates), BLS, and state licensing. Travel familiarity and readiness for on-site work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for acute care patients.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff.
• Bill for services and document per state/center guidelines.
• Interface with physicians to coordinate a team-based plan of care.
• Document timely and accurately according to guidelines.
