Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Colebrook, NH. Immediate opening with 40 hours/week, 8-hour days. Requires 1 year of PT experience, or 6 months for exceptional candidates; BLS and state licensing mandatory.

You will evaluate and plan care, supervise staff, and document per state and facility rules. Responsibilities include interfacing with physicians, managing plan of care, and using center systems to bill and document.

Qualifications

• 1 year PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; good knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for diverse patient populations in acute care.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff; interface with Medical Center personnel.
• Bill within the setting per facility guidelines; ensure timely documentation.
• Create and modify plan of care based on patient condition and progress.
• Use hospital computer systems for documentation and orders.
