Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Willis, Texas. The role offers 40 hours per week with dayshift hours and a flexible schedule.

Open to travel and local contracts; new grads and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, document care, and collaborate with care teams in various clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.
