Job summary

Critical Connection, inc seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Humble, Texas. Work is 40 hours per week across 8-hour day shifts for 13 weeks, with flexible scheduling options.

In this role you will evaluate and treat patients, deliver skilled PT services, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across various clinical environments. New graduates are encouraged to apply for travel or local contracts.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license
• New graduates welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
