Critical Connection, inc seeks a licensed, patient-focused Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Sherman, Texas. You will evaluate and treat patients, provide skilled therapy, and collaborate with care teams across varied clinical settings.

New graduates are welcome. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and travel/local contracts with housing stipends, benefits, license reimbursement, relocation assistance, and a CEU allowance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.
