Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chipley, FL. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and start date 10/12/2026. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital or clinic setting.

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license, current BLS, and be prepared for travel requirements. New grads welcome per preferences; doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate physical therapy equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Maintain a safe environment adhering to infection control and regulations.
