Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Birmingham, AL. The role offers a 40-hour work week, days shift, and travel benefits as part of a larger clinical team.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality care while maintaining documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred Doctorate degree in physical therapy; new grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
