Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mobile, Alabama. This role offers 32 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and start date 10/12/2026, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients to identify functional limitations and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility.
• Administer treatments and supervise modalities safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
• Support discharge planning and community/home-based follow-up.
