Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Rockford, Illinois. Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- New grads welcome to apply; Doctorate degree preferred for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
- Implement treatment plans and document outcomes in medical records.
