Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Urbana, IL. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, developing personalized plans to improve mobility and reduce pain, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes travel, 40 hours per week, dayshift, and comprehensive benefits. Licensure in IL and BLS are required; new graduates are welcome to apply and may require additional certifications as needed.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify needs and goals.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes.

Conocimientos

Valid Physical Therapy license
