Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tulsa, OK. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and implement treatment to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires active Physical Therapy licensure in the state, BLS certification, and strong clinical communication skills. Travel benefits and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercises and prevention strategies.
• Maintain safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Assist discharge planning for smooth transitions.
