Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Sun Lakes, AZ. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, dayshift, in a facility setting. Travel PTs receive competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive clinical team.

The role requires AZ PT licensure, BLS, and strong clinical skills. Preferred candidates may hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and prior travel experience.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required
• English language proficiency required
• Strong clinical and communication skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on assessments
• Implement and monitor therapy interventions and adjust plans as needed
• Coordinate with healthcare team for optimal patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Maintain safe, compliant treatment environment
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Assist in discharge planning and patient transitions
