Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and quality of life. You will work across diverse settings and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy.

A valid physical therapy license and current BLS certification are required. Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through tests, exams, and history-taking.
