Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in Richland, WA seeks a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain. You will develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and implement therapy techniques using specialized equipment.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you will ensure coordinated patient care, document progress, educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/adjust rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver therapy treatments and ensure safety and infection control.
• Document progress and educate patients and caregivers.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate with the care team.
