Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Longview, Washington. The PT will evaluate, plan, and execute care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting, while coordinating with the care team and supervising support staff.

Requirements include 1 year of PT experience (6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates), BLS, and active state licensing. The position features 40 hours weekly and a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience; exceptional candidates may be considered with 6 months.
• BLS certification and active state license required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; strong anatomy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop plans of care for varied patient populations in acute care.
• Oversee PTAs and therapy staff; supervise therapy technicians as needed.
• Bill within the facility guidelines and document per state/insurer rules.
• Collaborate with hospital physicians to implement team-based care.
• Utilize center systems and maintain timely, compliant records.
