Oro Valley Hospital is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for Acute Care and Inpatient Rehab in Oro Valley, AZ. The role focuses on evaluating patients, creating individualized plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to restore mobility and independence.

The position requires Cerner EMR experience, active AZ PT license, and BLS certification, with a 13-week contract and 40 hours per week. Weekend work is required.

Qualificações

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Cerner EMR experience required.
• Recent inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Recent skilled nursing, acute care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Help patients reduce pain and regain independence in daily activities.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Float to Acute Care as needed.
