Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an acute care assignment in Aiken, South Carolina. The PT will evaluate patients, develop a plan of care, and collaborate with a hospital team to implement interventions during a 13-week engagement.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of PT experience (1 year preferred), current state licensure, and BLS. The role requires standing and walking 8 hours shifts, with days shifts and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating and treating patients in acute care settings.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive plan of care.
• Strong collaboration with therapists, nurses and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as patient condition changes.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff as needed.
• Document and bill within facility guidelines and state regulations.
