Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Aiken, South Carolina. The PT will evaluate and implement plans of care for various patient populations in an acute care setting, with opportunities to supervise PTAs and collaborate with physicians and staff.

Requirements include 6 months of experience (or 1 year preferred), BLS, and state-specific licensing. The role supports a fast-paced travel environment with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• State-specific PT licensing required or eligible.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the facility following guidelines.
• Comply with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center personnel to develop a team-based plan of care.
• Assess and adapt equipment as needed for patient care.
• Evaluate and modify the plan of care based on patient condition.
• Utilize Medical Center systems for daily tasks and documentation.
