Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Aiken, South Carolina. Expect 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and a travel employment setting. The candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of PT experience, must hold BLS and state-specific licensing, with new grads encouraged to apply.

The role involves supervising PTAs, billing, planning and adjusting care plans, and coordinating with Medical Center staff to ensure compliant, team-based patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Bill within the respective setting following guidelines
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated by patient condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state/insurance guidelines
