Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate travel opening in Pas Robles, CA. The PT will evaluate and implement plans of care for varied patient populations in acute care, supervising staff and ensuring documentation meets state and insurance guidelines.

The role requires 1 year of experience (6 months may be acceptable for exceptional candidates), BLS, and state licensing.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of PT experience; new grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel to maintain team-based care.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care and modify as needed.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state/insurance rules.
