TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in San Jose, California. The PT will evaluate and develop plans of care for diverse patient populations in the acute care setting, collaborate with therapists and physicians, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with state regulations.

The role requires 1 year of experience, with 6 months considered for exceptional candidates; BLS and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and state licensing.
• 1 year of PT experience required; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for patients.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-based care.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and insurance guidelines.
