Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 14-week travel assignment in Bremerton, Washington. The position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting ASAP, and requires WA licensure and BLS.

As part of our Therapy team, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions across hospital and clinic settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and independence for patients.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Washington state
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
• New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and document findings
• Develop and adjust rehabilitation programs
• Administer PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Coordinate with other healthcare staff to optimize care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs
• Maintain safe, compliant treatment environment
• Participate in discharge planning and follow-up
