Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapies for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain safe treatment environments and adhere to infection control standards.
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions.
