Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations (Washington).
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients′ conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, plan adjustments, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
