Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The role offers 40 hours per week, a standard 8-hour daytime shift, and travel benefits with comprehensive support from our clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Physical Therapy license, a current BLS certification, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads are welcome to apply, with opportunities to grow professionally within a supportive travel network.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in all sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Assist with discharge planning for transitions to home or community settings.
