Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Erin, TN. This travel role offers 40 hours per week with a standard 8-hour shift, days. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients while collaborating with a clinical team to support optimal outcomes.

Applicants must hold a valid PT license in Tennessee and current BLS; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred, with new grads welcome. Travel benefits and competitive pay included.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and quality patient care.
