Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Aberdeen, WA. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, design personalized plans, and work with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to optimize mobility and function.

Applicants must hold a valid PT license and current BLS; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Expect 40 hours per week, dayshift, and travel benefits including day-one medical, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
