Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Anacortes, WA. The role involves evaluating patients, creating rehab plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limits.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.
