Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Oregon City, Oregon. This role offers a 40-hour work week, daytime shifts, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in fast-paced travel assignments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
