Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Scappoose, OR. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
