Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lewistown, MO. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and the chance to make a positive impact on patient mobility and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads are welcome to apply; other certifications may be required for this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; relevant PT experience encouraged.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations and outcomes.
