Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rolla, MO. Start date 12/28/2026 and a 40-hour workweek with 8-hour day shifts. Travel stipend and benefits offered to support clinicians on assignments across facilities.

Requirements include Missouri PT license and BLS. New grads welcome; Doctorate in PT preferred. Clinical teamwork and patient-centered care are essential to deliver effective treatment and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Missouri
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
• New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using various techniques
• Operate and maintain PT equipment and modalities safely and effectively
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to infection control and safety standards
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development to stay current with best practices
• Assist with discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions to home or community settings
