The role is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts and flexible scheduling, and requires a Doctorate or Bachelor’s in PT with NPTE. Travel, licensure, and CPR are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment plans with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled PT services.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
