Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hampden, Maine. Expect 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, ASAP start, and travel-enabled benefits. License and BLS required; doctorate preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New Grads welcome to apply (preferred).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
