Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to optimize treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety practices
