Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Highlands, NC. The role requires active PT license and BLS, with a 40-hour workweek, days shift, and a start ASAP.

You'll evaluate and treat patients across hospital, clinic, or rehab settings, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure documentation and patient safety. Travel-friendly benefits and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehabilitation plans to improve mobility.
• Implement treatment plans and use modalities to reduce pain and improve function.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
