Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Alamosa, Colorado. This travel PT position offers 40 hours per week, an 8-hour shift, and the opportunity to serve diverse patient populations while enjoying competitive pay and benefits.

Ideal candidates hold a current Physical Therapy license, current BLS certification, and a Doctorate is preferred though new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the US state of Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required or employed in a facility that requires it
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and document progress
• Coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention
• Maintain safe treatment environment and comply with infection control standards
